Sloterdijk III is a development of and economic zone measuring 98 hectares and a total land lease value in excess of 270 mln euros. It concerns a new industrial area adjacent to the Port of Amsterdam on one side and Teleport on the other side. The new highway ‘Westrandweg’ crosses Sloterdijk III and provides good access. Development is demand driven, meaning the infrastructura is expanded as end users are committed and capital expenses are controlled.
A Stig consultant was associated for the project management for this development, responsible for the coordination infrastructure related investments and facilitation of land lease transactions.
